CONTRACT
Saturday & Sunday, September 6 & 7, 2008 10 AM --- 4 PM

Located at 495 Paderewski Drive                                                                                                               40,ooo Sq feet available,

A. CTRC will not be responsible for any misrepresentation of any item bought, sold, traded or otherwise exchanged at the Train Show.
B. Show hours will be 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Exhibitor may begin set up Friday after 4 PM & will remain setup until show ends at 4 PM on Sunday. CTRC will get customers in; it is your responsibility to sell. Anyone packing up early will not be asked back. CTRC reserves the right to resell any space not occupied by 10 AM.
C. This contract shall not be valid unless accompanied by full rental fees. $18 a table for Sat. & Sun. or $18 for Sunday only.
D. CTRC reserves the right to reject any exhibitor deemed unsuitable for the show.
E. Exhibitor admission - two people free with first table.
F. Tables will be eight feet in length. COST is $18.00 a table for Sat & Sun, or $18 for Sunday only.
G. Make checks payable to: CTRC. Refunds subject to $5.00 per table processing fee. No refunds after August 31.

J. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
K. Exhibitors will be individually responsible for the collection of all state, county and local taxes.
NY State requires all table holders to have a tax certificate and to collect appropriate tax.

M. Bring your own extension cord if electric is needed. There may be a small fee.
