         Saturday & Sunday, September 8 & 9, 2012 ~ 10 AM --- 4PM

Located at 495 Paderewski Drive                          40,000Sq feet available

 Please Read Contract Carefully!

1. Show hours will be 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Exhibitor may begin set up Friday after 4 PM  & will remain set up until show ends @ 4 PM on Sunday.  CTRC will get customers in; it is your responsibility to sell.  Anyone packing up early will not be asked back.  CTRC reserves the right to resell any space not occupied by 10 AM.
2. Tables will be 8’ in length. COST is $20.00 a table for Sat & Sun OR  
      $20.00 for Sunday Only
     Includes exhibitor admission  -  two people free with first table.
3. This contract will not be valid, unless accompanied by full rental fees.  Contracts sent in for table reservations must include full payment. Any contract sent in without payment will not be considered a reservation for tables or space at the train show.
  4. CTRC will not be responsible for any misrepresentation of any item bought, sold,   traded or otherwise exchanged at the train show.
  5. CTRC reserves the right to reject any exhibitor deemed unsuitable for the show.
  6. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
  7. Bring your own extension cord if electric is needed. There may be a small fee.
  8. Exhibitors will be individually responsible for the collection of all state, county & local taxes.
    NYS requires all table holders to have a tax certificate & to collect appropriate tax.

10. Make checks payable to: CTRC. Refunds  subject to $5.00 processing fee.
        No refunds after August 31.

Sending in contract early does not guarantee the same space as occupied the previous year.  We will try to accommodate all requests.
