Buffalo Central Terminal Rental Information

The Buffalo Central Terminal is available for private small event rentals between April and October (dates are flexible). There are some important points to be aware of when considering the Buffalo Central Terminal as the site for an event

- Buffalo Central Terminal has no water service, and no bathrooms. Renter is responsible for providing portable toilets and sinks for the event.

- Buffalo Central Terminal has limited electrical service - 150 amp, 220 volt, single phase. Any additional electric service, in the form of generators, must be provided by the Renter.

- Buffalo Central Terminal has no heat. Heat is not necessary in the summer months, but temperature may be a problem in late spring or early fall events.

- Renter is required to provide Event Insurance and NYS Liquor License (if needed).

- Rented area includes outdoor plaza for parking, and the main concourse excluding the restaurant and waiting room. A diagram of the rented area will be provided to Renters with the Rental Agreement.

- Renter is responsible for providing additional tables and chairs if needed.

- Renter is responsible for set up and clean up including trash removal.

- Rental fee is $1000 plus a $250 deposit which will be refunded to the Renter upon inspection of the building after the event. Attendance is limited to approx 250 people.
